We are seeking a skilled fabricator for a custom metal shop. You will be working at your own welding station, receiving work orders and blueprints to complete custom metal fabrication projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding to complete custom metal fabrication projects.
• Utilize blueprint reading skills to interpret and execute work orders.
• Conduct fitting and assembly to ensure project specifications are met.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Ensure quality standards are upheld in all welding and fabrication tasks.

Work Environment

Work in a dynamic environment that can be really dirty and subject to temperature changes based on the weather. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 5 am to 5 pm, consisting of four 12-hour shifts.

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Shepherdsville, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
