Overview

Ensuring a first class customer and candidate experience through verifying standard education, employment, and reference information as well as conducting credit, criminal and database checks in line with qualitative and quantitative performance targets for the role, utilizing available resources such as telephone or electronic processes in a professional and timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures in order to help candidates get hired.

Responsibilities

  • Sort / Scan / Copy / Destroy contracts and other original paper documents which received / used during the BGC screening process.
  • Sort / Copy contracts and other personal data which received / used during the BGC screening process.
  • Ensure that duties are carried out your tasks in line with the priority under the supervisor's direction
  • May assist in ad hoc projects as and when required, such as simple PR checks

Qualifications

  • Preferred related office experience in administration.
  • Ensure all actions comply with all applicable Data Protection legislations
  • Sound communication skills (written and verbal) and computer savvy to navigate various software platforms.
  • Able to use a computer (Windows) and type with a touch typing.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • The motivation to learn new things and follow verbal and written instructions
  • The ability to work autonomously.
  • The ability to perform at a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
  • Not being averse to dealing with English and trying to understand it.
  • Keep concentration even on simple tasks.
  • Proactively learn how to use new software without being afraid of it.
  • Willingness to maintain and improve the quality work standards of the department.

  • Keep to report, communicate, and consult with supervisors.
