Job Description :

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the team at Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital for a 13-week assignment. This role involves delivering direct patient care and performing a variety of nursing support duties in accordance with established protocols.

The CNA may work in diverse care settings such as Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), medical / surgical units, or potentially provide home care services. Flexibility to work rotating shifts is required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide daily patient care and support under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, and hygiene
• Monitor and document patient condition and report changes promptly
• Ensure a safe and clean care environment
• Follow all hospital procedures and infection control standards
