E. P. Management : seeking Part-Time Maintenance Technician for Stowe River, VT. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of carpentry, plumbing & heating; must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Duties include, but not limited to : painting, cleaning of apartments at turnover, minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Must be available for after-hours emergency calls.
