What You’ll Do :

Provide skilled nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room, specializing in open-heart cases

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain proficiency with specialized cardiac surgical equipment and procedures

Deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care

Participate in on-call rotation for open-heart procedures

Schedule :

Predominantly Day Shift (Monday–Friday)

Flexibility required for mid-shifts and open-heart call coverage

Qualifications :

Current RN license (Delaware or Compact State)

3+ years Operating Room nursing experience required

Cardiac open-heart experience required

BSN preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire)
