The Commercial Loan Processor will be a highly motivated and resourceful member of the Commercial Loan Doc & Closing Department and will handle complex commercial and consumer loan documents ensuring completeness and accuracy in accordance with credit / bank policy and State / Federal Regulatory requirements. This role requires someone with strong follow-through skills who is adaptable and embraces change. Responsibilities include working closely with Loan Personnel, Lending Assistants, and attorneys to manage the loan closing process, monitoring and enforcing post-closing exception items. May participate in special lending-related projects as directed by Senior Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

- Generates Commercial Real Estate, Commercial and Industrial, SBA 504, Letters of Credit, Consumer, and Construction loan documents in accordance with loan approval requirements and State / Federal Regulatory requirements. Works with Lending Assistants and title companies on loan closings and follow-ups on recorded loan documents and title policies. Conducts UCC searches and perfects the Bank’s security interest.
- Reviews commercial, construction, consumer, and SBA 504 loan requests and related documentation for accuracy and compliance prior to releasing documents for signing.
- Reviews construction draws including supporting reports, vouchers, change orders submitted by Voucher Control Agents and disburse based on percentage of completion. Tracks construction budgets.
- Working knowledge of title policies and related loan regulations such as RESPA, HMDA, and other Bank lending policies on loans to directors.
- Processes and track loan collection expenses, vendor fees, and other professional fees.
- File UCC’s to perfect the bank’s lien and conduct UCC post searches.
- Follow-up on UCCs, recorded loan documents, and title policies.
- Reviews loan reports and conducts monthly certifications of cash secured loans.
- Compiles information for Senior Management and assists in audit preparation.
- Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s or Associate degree from an acceptable college / university; OR at least 1 Year of related experience and / or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Work related experience should consist of commercial loan servicing background.
