Basic Qualifications for Pest Control Service Technicians :

  • Valid Connecticut drivers license
  • Clean driving record that meets insurance company requirements
  • Honest and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Positive attitude and dedication to exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • CT Junior Pest Control Operators License (we provide training and cover costs)

  • Competitive hourly rate $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and license held (operator or supervisory)

    • Work Schedule for Pest Control Service Technicians :

  • Typically, our technicians work Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional earlier starts and later finishes. We require one or two Saturdays per month.

    • Education and License / Certification :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Have or obtain Connecticut Junior Operators License.

    • Work Location : On the road
