Its wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, Nukem International Pte Ltd, undertakes international business and regional expansion functions, focusing on nuclear energy development and cooperation in Singapore and ASEAN countries.

Job Responsibilities

As a Public Relations and Business Representative, you will :
Interface with the policy and regulatory authorities of countries in Singapore and ASEAN that are preparing or planning to develop nuclear energy;
Promote strategic communication and cooperation with government agencies, energy authorities and industry associations;
Maintain and expand the company's public relations and cooperation network in the ASEAN region;
Support the company's business expansion, policy research and project advancement in the Singapore and ASEAN markets;
Coordinate resources of the headquarters and regional teams to ensure consistent information communication and strategic execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those majoring in International Relations, Public Policy, Energy Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;

Familiarity with ASEAN energy or nuclear energy policies, and experience in public relations or government affairs;

Strong communication, coordination, and cross-cultural exchange skills;

Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese or major Southeast Asian languages (such as Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, or Malay) preferred;

Prior work experience in international energy companies, multinational organizations, or government-related institutions is preferred.
