• Senior Sales Associate – Club Pilates Tallahassee (Dual Studios) Location : Tallahassee, FL Reports to : Studio Manager Club Pilates Overview Club Pilates is a leading boutique fitness brand offering group Reformer Pilates classes for all fitness levels.

• Position Summary We’re looking for a driven, outgoing, and personable Senior Sales Associate to join our team and support both Tallahassee studios.
• You’ll be a key player in our sales and front desk operations—helping members feel welcome, building lasting relationships, and assisting the Studio Manager in creating a vibrant studio culture.
• This is a supportive role designed for someone who thrives in a team environment and is eager to grow in the fitness industry.
• Sales experience is helpful, but what we value most is a great attitude, people skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Key Responsibilities Sales & Member ExperienceEngagement Engage with prospective members through Intro Classes and regular communication.   Help drive membership growth and support retention goals.   Assist with onboarding new members and maintaining strong client relationships.   Address account needs (freezes, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades) with care and professionalism.   Studio & Team Support Provide coverage at the front desk when needed.   Help train and support Sales Associates, modeling great customer service.   Oversee and assist in maintaining studio cleanliness and supplies.   Report studio needs or concerns to the Studio Manager.   Community & Culture Assist with planning and executing community events and in-studio promotions.   Support social media engagement and member appreciation efforts.   Foster a welcoming and energetic environment for members and team alike.   What We’re Looking For Sales or fitness studio experience is a plus.   Strong communication and people skills are a must.   Friendly, outgoing, and eager to build community.   Organized, dependable, and ready to take initiative.   Comfortable learning new software and studio systems (training provided).
