Lead as a Design Project Leader (DPL) where your impact defines how OEM projects are designed, delivered, and trusted. Work directly with OEMs, guiding teams to engineer harness solutions that outperform expectations.

What You'll Do

• Lead OEM Projects : Partner directly with customers in turf, recreation, utilities, construction, and agriculture to design and estimate solutions that solve real-world challenges.
• Guide Teams : Lead a cross-functional group of 10–15 contributors, with 3–5 direct reports, ensuring collaboration across engineering, operations, and sales.
• Raise the Standard : Drive estimating turnaround
• Elevate the Experience : Serve as the trusted technical partner to OEM customers, leading high-value projects and aligning output with customer needs.
• Optimize Resources : Forecast staffing, tools, and training to scale design capabilities efficiently.
• Deliver Improvement : Implement lean processes, reduce costs, and create measurable value for both Electrex and our customers.
