Job Overview
The Senior Product Manager is a strategic and hands-on role requiring deep healthcare technology expertise and a passion for partner integrations, tooling, and scalable implementation. Focused on creating leverage through enablement, this position builds products and frameworks that allow Brook to serve more partners, faster, without sacrificing quality.
The Senior Product Manager owns the tools, data exchanges, and workflow engines that enable Brook to onboard and scale partner clinics with speed, reliability, and confidence. Operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, this role designs integration systems that make partner delivery more predictable, compliant, and easy to scale. Periodic travel (up to 25%) will be required.
Requirements : Key Responsibilities
Integration & Tooling Leadership
- Own Brook’s integration and configuration portfolio—including EHR connections, eligibility and outreach rules engines, and patient-data exchange tooling.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, and Implementation teams to design integration patterns that are reliable, compliant, and easy to deploy.
- Ensure all integrations meet security and privacy standards (HIPAA, SOC 2 and related).
- Manage the lifecycle of integration products—from concept through launch, optimization, and retirement—to maximize partner scalability.
Integration & Workflow Design
Serve as the product leader for all integration solutions across the Brook platform — including APIs, HL7 / FHIR interfaces, data pipelines, and workflow automation.Partner with engineering, R&D, and implementation teams to define requirements that deliver clinically meaningful solutions and optimize customer workflows.Ensure integration designs meet compliance and security standards (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.).Scale Through Enablement
Build reusable tooling, templates, and configuration frameworks that allow Partner Success and Clinic Ops teams to implement new partners quickly and confidently.Design for configurability and repeatability, reducing engineering lift for each new implementation.Measure success by improvements in onboarding speed, data accuracy, and operational reliability.Commercial & Operational Partnership
Collaborate closely with Clinical, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to translate real-world challenges into scalable product features.Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure integration capabilities are clearly communicated and accelerate contracting and launch timelines.Translate partner feedback into prioritized product requirements that improve delivery predictability and partner satisfaction.Data-Driven Insights & Continuous Improvement
Monitor utilization and reliability metrics for all integration tools; identify bottlenecks and automate where possible.Partner with Data & Analytics to connect integration performance with partner outcomes and business impact.Stay informed on evolving interoperability standards and partner system requirements to anticipate future needs.Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of product-management experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or digital-health integration.Experience integrating with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, etc.) or digital health data platforms.Brings a track record of deep collaboration with engineering teams, influencing architecture and trade-offs through shared context and clear outcomes.Proven success delivering healthcare interoperability solutions or data products in care delivery settings.Exposure to HIPAA, SOC 2, and other compliance and data governance frameworksBachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, health informatics, or engineering preferred.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Deep understanding of healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, APIs, and health system EHRs.Strong background in workflow mapping and optimization, able to simplify complex partner and clinic processes.Skilled in designing secure, scalable integration architectures that reduce manual effort and improve data reliability.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills — able to engage technical, clinical, and operational stakeholders with clarity and credibility.Analytical thinker who uses data to drive prioritization and measure success.Proven ability to lead through influence — aligning cross-functional stakeholders around shared goalsSkilled at balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.Demonstrated ability to drive clarity and decision-making amid complexity and competing priorities.Working at Brook
