Job Title : Traveling Project Director – Mission Critical

Location : Midwest / Southeast USA (Travel required)

Salary Range : $160,000 - $210,000 + Vehicle Allowance & Bonus

This individual will be accountable for successful project delivery, representing the organization while ensuring seamless coordination between team members, clients, and executives. Key Responsibilities :

• Promote Safety – Champion the Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture across all phases of the project.
• Project Planning & Execution – Contribute to comprehensive project planning and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
• Issue Resolution – Act as the escalation point for critical project issues and resolve them promptly to ensure project continuity.
• Team Leadership – Build and maintain teams with clearly defined roles during both the pursuit and operational phases of the project.
• Communication & Collaboration – Serve as the primary communication bridge between team members, clients, and executives.
• Customer Relationship Management – Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure continued success and potential future business opportunities.
• Leadership & Strategy – Lead strategic initiatives to drive the success of the project while ensuring milestones and goals are consistently met.
