A company is looking for a Founding Head of Sales for Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales strategy for the German market

Build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up

Collaborate with the COO to establish brand presence and sales playbook

Required Qualifications

Experience in leading SMB sales in larger global companies or as a founder in early-stage companies

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in new or expanding markets
