Position Overview :
The Operations Project & Change Control Manager leads manufacturing operations projects and ensure robust change control processes across the organization. This role combines hands-on manufacturing project management, operational excellence, and systematic change governance to optimize production efficiency and drive sustainable transformation. The key interfaces are with the Operations team, Production Scheduling, and Engineering to ensure all technical changes are fully implemented and all key production activities support the customer schedule.

The base salary range for this position in Lexington, NC is $143,600 - $169,000. The salary may be higher or lower depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications. The annual incentive target is 15% of the base salary .
