About the Position
We are looking for a Clinical Manager to join our team on-site at our Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon ! The Clinical Manager will provide clinical support to staff working in various settings across the continuum of care including crisis residential, secured residential, and non-secured residential. These programs serve individuals who may have justice systems involved like the Aid & Assist program, Psychiatric Security Review Board, or those who are civilly committed to treatment. The Clinical Manager will demonstrate competence in leadership, wellness, oversight and evaluation of clinical services, staff development, service planning, case management, and care coordination. They will utilize community resources, individual and group therapy or counseling, documentation, and rationale for services to promote intended outcomes and implementation of all provider policies. The Clinical Manager will provide direct clinical and administrative supervision (Individual and Group) to assigned clinicians to meet both Oregon Administrative Rules and ColumbiaCare standards and make recommendations for additional growth, development, and training needs.
Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm (Full Time, Day)

$7,500 - $9,166.66 per month DOE / Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish / English desired).
About the Program
This position will support McKenzie Ridge, Madrone Ridge, and Manzanita Ridge. These programs are state-licensed Secure Residential Treatment Facilities (SRTF's), and each serve up to 8 adults who require Aid and Assist services. Clients receive restoration services, competency assessments, mental health rehabilitation services, and personal care supports in a secure residential setting. The facilities are located on the OSH Junction City Hospital campus.
Pine Ridge RTF is a 7-bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) located in Eugene, Oregon. Pine Ridge RTF serves adults who are living with a Serious Mental Illness and have been deemed unable to Aid & Assist in their own defense.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
What You'll Need
Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
If not already registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire.
Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements : This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat / kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds .
