Job descriptionFamily Practice & Emergency Department Physician Clinic, inpatient, nursing homes, and ER coverage Critical Access Hospitals 12 to 20 patients per day ER Volume : 2.5 patients per day Average daily hospital census : 2 to 3 patients Transfer anything of high acuity out No ICU or OB services Support Staff : Seasoned midlevels, 6 PRNs, 1 full-time PA Call : Not much call, will be the supervising physician for the midlevels ACLS and PALS certification required Strong interest in relocating
Coverage Needed :
- Start Date : ASAP
- End Date : Ongoing
- Schedule : Monday to Friday and will be back up call for midlevel support
- Primary ED Call : 3 days per month
- Backup ED Call : Shared with other contracted physicians
Clinical Details :
If acute, will go to swing bed or observation patients
