About the role
Based in Quarryville, Lancaster County, PA, our company has led the way in specialty lubricants, cleaners, and coatings since 1942. We’re hiring a motivated Product Portfolio Manager — Plastics Processing Lubricants & Cleaners to accelerate growth across industrial B2B plastics markets. You’ll shape customer relationships, lead strategic projects, and uncover new opportunities that expand our presence.
A day in this role
- Kick off by reviewing your pipeline and setting priorities to reach ambitious sales growth and profitability targets.
- Head to a customer site to run a plant trial, capture data, and follow through on results.
- Meet with key accounts to deepen partnerships and identify expansion opportunities in existing and emerging plastics segments.
- Translate customer feedback into product improvements or new product ideas with our technical team.
- Prepare for a domestic or international trade show to raise market visibility and generate leads.
- Use data-driven problem solving to pinpoint root causes and implement countermeasures.

BS or MS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Sales or technical experience with industrial lubricants or cleaners (preferred).Outstanding communication and presentation skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management and prioritization.Proven track record of achieving growth goals and developing new business.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.Why you’ll love it here
