Administer employee benefits, open enrollment, workers compensation, and leave programs.Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including new-hire paperwork, safety training, and system access.Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.Process payroll and coordinate with managers on timekeeping, wage changes, and reporting.Monitor employment law updates and implement policy changes as needed.Support performance management, employee relations, and documentation requirements.
