Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is your opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a major impact. As the driving force behind all store operations and merchandising, you'll be empowered to maximize profitability while delivering our best-in-class guest experience. You'll take full ownership of the storefrom managing inventory and creating standout visual displays, to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for both team members and guests. This role is all about building and leading a powerhouse team through hiring, training, and cultivating a strong, high-performing culture.

Essential Functions :

• Drive sales and deliver unforgettable customer experiences that reflect our signature style and service
• Analyze sales trends and uncover exciting opportunities to fuel growth
• Build a powerhouse team by recruiting, training, and inspiring employees
• Serve as the go-to expert for all things tech, product, and salesempowering your team to thrive

• Monitor expenses and maximize profitability within budget goals
• Uphold and enforce store policies with precision, from cash handling to safety and loss prevention
• Keep our store looking sharp and on-brand with flawless merchandising and cleanliness standards
• Take charge of inventory control and consistently hit or exceed inventory targets
• Stay on top of industry trends and product knowledge to lead with confidence and credibility
• Provide meaningful performance feedback and coaching to elevate your team regularly

Budgeted range starts at : $60,000-$70,000 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
