Post Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are searching for a full time PostAcute Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Manchester, NH. The hours are Monday – Friday, 9AM –5PM, no weekends no call rounding. This position involves deliveringcomprehensive medical care, managing chronic and acute conditions, andoptimizing the well-being of patients as they transition from acute care topost-acute care. The NP or PA will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensurepatients receive high-quality, personalized care and support their recovery.

Requirements:

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
• BLS and ACLS Certification
