Job description

Production Manager

The Production Manager will be responsible for :

  • Supervising and coordinating production activities to meet quality and efficiency goals.
  • Monitoring and optimizing workflows to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Implementing and maintaining safety and compliance protocols in line with industry regulations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production methods and reduce costs.
  • Analyzing production data and generating reports for management review.
  • Training and mentoring team members to enhance skills and performance.
  • Addressing and resolving production-related issues promptly.
  • Ensuring the effective use of equipment and resources to maximize productivity.
