We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Data Analyst to support the Air Import team with the billing process and reports. Position will involve accurate invoicing, following up with shipments cost to support revenue and expenses reconciliation. This role requires strong organization skills, attention to details, ability to work independently and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is confident, approachable, solution-focused and able to clearly explain financial and operational data.

The position consists of the below:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly air import operations report
• Track KPIs for volume, revenue, profit margins.
• Analyze freight costs
• Ensure accurate customer billing based on agreed rates and contracts
• Cross-check system entries with shipment documents (HAWB, MAWB, invoices)
• Identify discrepancies in shipments data and take action
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable related to air import shipments
• Support month-end revenue and cost reconciliation

Skills:

• Excellent organization skills and time management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Experience with logistics software and systems is preferred

Educational background / Work experience:

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in air imports is highly desirable

For this position, the expected base pay range is $XX,XXX - $XX,XXX annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education or certifications, and geographic location, consistent with applicable laws and company policy.
