State Licensed Pharmacy Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor - Rx Navigation (Second Shift).

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day supervision and support for Pharmacy Navigation technicians

Collaborate with Workforce Planning to manage staffing and maintain service level performance

Monitor performance metrics and participate in quality initiatives to improve team outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician required

At least 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy, PBM, or pharmacy operations

Experience leading large teams of pharmacy technicians preferred

Familiarity with pharmacy claims, PBM systems, and HIPAA / privacy requirements preferred
