Oxford Solutions is hiring a Customer Order Management Specialist to support our aerospace manufacturing client.
This role focuses on assisting business customers, internal teams, and vendors with order processing, ticketing, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system
Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges in compliance with company standards
Review and update customer account information and documentation
Troubleshoot product and order-related issues, escalating technical concerns as needed
Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to resolve customer issues
Maintain accurate records in ERP / CRM systems
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
1-3 years of customer service or order management experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling technical documentation
Proficiency with computer systems, CRM, or ticketing platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with aerospace / industrial products or technical order management
Familiarity with customer service software or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Bilingual (Spanish or another language) a plus
