The Employee Assistance Program is a planned initiative to offer confidential counseling and support services to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) employees, addressing mental health, substance abuse, and workplace concerns through remote and virtual delivery.

Duties :

• Lead and manage all contract operations and performance
• Serve as main point of contact with NRC COR
• Oversee program staffing, compliance, and communication
• Designate and supervise Alternate Project Director as backup
• Maintain same-day responsiveness to NRC requests
