Habitational Insurance Producer

gpac is pleased to partner with a local insurance agency that continues to grow and is seeking an experienced and self driven Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join their independent agency team in a fully remote position .

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience and a proven track record in habitational risks , including apartments, condos, real estate portfolios, and property owners.

You will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and partnering with our service team to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow a profitable book of commercial lines business, with a focus on habitational risks.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Conduct detailed risk assessments and design customized insurance programs.

Collaborate with account managers and CSRs to ensure outstanding client service.

Maintain accurate records and manage activities

Stay informed on carrier products, market trends, and coverage options.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license

Minimum 6 years of commercial lines insurance experience at an independent agency

Proven success with habitational accounts

Strong understanding of commercial coverages, including General Liability, Property, Loss of Income, Property Managers Personal liability and Umbrella

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective working remotely
