Contract Logistics Specialist

You will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, your typical schedule will be Monday - Thursday 6 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm with weekly pay rate of $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform all daily activities necessary to maintain inventory accurately
• Reconcile inventories and coordinate inventory procedures
• Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs and improving management of inventory
• Ensure all defective product is accounted for and handled properly
• Maintain accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection
• Motivate the team to help reach the daily goals
• Help to implement / update procedures with the new WMS (Warehouse Management System)
