Description :
Where Innovation Takes Flight
At Innovative Composite Engineering (ICE), we don’t just make parts — we craft the advanced composite components that help aircraft soar, rockets launch, and innovations take shape. Every tube, fairing, and structure that leaves our facility is built with precision, pride, and the knowledge that it plays a role in shaping the future of aerospace technology.
If you thrive on technical challenge, precision craftsmanship, and the satisfaction of seeing your work reach the skies, this is where you belong.
Position Summary
The Composite Technician is a key contributor to the fabrication and finishing of high-performance composite (carbon fiber and fiberglass) components used across the aerospace industry. Working with advanced pre-preg materials (no wet layup or harsh fumes), you’ll apply technical expertise and craftsmanship to produce precision parts through specialized layup, rolling, curing, machining, and inspection processes.
This position demands more than basic production skills — it requires an experienced, detail-driven professional who can interpret technical instructions, meet demanding tolerances, and consistently deliver aerospace-grade quality.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
At Innovative Composite Engineering, you’ll be part of a tight-knit, highly skilled team that designs and manufactures parts for some of the most exciting applications in aerospace and beyond. You’ll work in a state-of-the-art facility that values precision, innovation, and excellence — not mass production. Here, your craftsmanship has a purpose, your ideas matter, and your work quite literally helps shape the future.
