Programs Manager - Make a Difference Every Day

Join Rainbow Acres and lead programs that enrich lives! As Programs Manager youll design implement and oversee holistic enrichment programs for adults with developmental disabilities. Youll inspire your team model our values of unconditional love and excellence and help cast a vision for a thriving Christian community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire program staff to deliver high-quality enrichment programs that support residents personal goals.
• Oversee curriculum development class scheduling vocational programs and spiritual activities.
• Manage LifeLoop platform to enhance resident engagement and family communication.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulatory and accreditation standards while monitoring program delivery.
• Hire train and develop staff to foster a positive mission-driven culture.
• Promote open communication with residents families and stakeholders and represent Rainbow Acres professionally.

Additional Information :

• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring a high level of responsibility and awareness.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in education social services or related field of study and 2-3 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities; or equivalent combination
• Possesses deep knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities coupled with a genuine passion for serving neurodivergent individuals
• Skilled in leading and supervising teams with the ability to cast a broad vision and actively engage staff in achieving that vision.
• Ability to meet all clearance requirements including :

Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

• Background check
• Pre-employment physical
• Drug screening
• Reference check
• Verification of absence from the Arizona Adult Protective Services Registry
• CPR / First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain it).
• Demonstrate strong ethical standards and moral character with sensitivity to the needs of our Residents / Ranchers.
• Evidence of a strong Christian commitment is desirable and aligns with the values of Rainbow Acres.
