We specialize in residential and commercial heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems and were looking for an experienced HVAC Salesman to help us continue growing.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled HVAC / R Salesman with strong technical knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a variety of HVAC systems and equipment, with LG and mini-split experience preferred . This role involves meeting with customers, assessing their needs, and providing customized HVAC solutions while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell HVAC / R systems, upgrades, and services to residential and commercial customers.
• Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate systems and configurations. (Required)
• Prepare and present detailed quotes and proposals.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure accurate project execution.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, especially in LG and mini-split systems .
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
