About the Role :

Architect Capital is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to lead our relationships with existing and prospective investors. This person will play a critical role in defining and communicating our firm’s investment strategy, managing capital formation processes, and supporting our team in driving growth across our fund and holding company structures.

You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and broader team to develop strategic communications, manage fundraising initiatives, and ensure consistent, transparent engagement with our LP base. The ideal candidate combines deep financial acumen with exceptional communication and relationship management skills, along with a nuanced understanding of private markets and structured credit.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute the firm’s investor relations strategy, ensuring that Architect’s investment philosophy and performance are communicated effectively to current and prospective LPs.

Partner with the CEO and CFO to drive new fundraises, co‑investments, and capital partnerships across institutional, family office, and strategic investor segments.

Maintain and deepen relationships with existing investors, and proactively cultivate new relationships to support future fundraising.

Lead the creation of quarterly reports, letters, and investor presentations, coordinating across finance, legal, and investment teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Partner with investment and operations teams to align communications with firm performance and strategy.

Represent Architect’s mission and values externally, reinforcing the firm’s reputation as an innovative, disciplined capital partner.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in private equity, private credit, structured finance, venture capital and / or growth investing.

Strong ability to build and manage relationships with institutional and HNW investors; ideally will have pre-existing relationships.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narratives.

Strong investment acumen, which will aid in effectively communicating Architect’s strategy.

High degree of integrity, entrepreneurship, and professional maturity.

The reasonably expected base salary for this role is between $200,000 and $400,000. The final base salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based discretionary bonus and participation in the firm’s carried interest. Architect also offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off.
