Job Title : Registered Nurse Float
Location : Coos Bay, OR
Salary : $45.00 $70.00 / hour (Dependent on experience)
Shift : Varied shifts, 8-hour days, full-time (80 hours per two-week pay period)
Job Overview :
The Float RN provides comprehensive nursing care across multiple units in accordance with the Oregon State Board of Nursing scope of practice. This role requires adaptability, clinical excellence, and strong communication as you support various departments based on need.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Educate patients and their families
- Accurately document care in the electronic medical record
- Respond to patient emergencies and changing unit dynamics
