Regional Packaging Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on the role of Regional Packaging Sales Manager. This position requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales growth, expand market presence, and cultivate strong client relationships within the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Leadership : Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Strategic Planning : Design and implement a robust sales strategy targeting new business prospects, enhancing revenue growth through both new and existing client engagements.
  • Client Engagement : Build and nurture lasting relationships with decision-makers across industries, offering customized packaging solutions that meet their evolving needs.
  • Business Development : Explore and capitalize on new market opportunities, attend industry events, and develop proposals and pricing to secure new business deals.
  • Market Insight : Conduct thorough market analysis to anticipate trends and adapt sales strategies, ensuring competitiveness and innovation in our offerings.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Coordinate with operations, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Forecasting : Deliver regular insights and updates to the executive team, using sales data to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales within the contract packaging, manufacturing, or related sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of packaging regulations and sustainability trends.
  • Established network within the packaging, manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of packaging solutions, materials, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
