Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of government contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies
Lead contract negotiations and maintain accurate contract files for audits and internal reviews
Support financial reporting and collaborate with various teams to execute contract strategy
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in government contract administration or procurement
Strong working knowledge of FAR and DFARS in federal contracting environments
Experience in negotiating terms and managing contract actions from proposal through closeout
Ability to review and interpret contract terms and regulatory guidance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred
