• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
• 36 hours per week with every other weekend required
• Work in 21-bed Renal / Medical-Surgical unit specializing in acute and chronic kidney disease care
• Manage high-acuity patients with renal complications, post-dialysis needs, and complex medical-surgical conditions
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry independently
• Float as needed to similar Med-Surg units including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED boarders
• Collaborate with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams
• Active Ohio RN license required at submission
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 3 years recent Med-Surg and Telemetry experience required (renal experience strongly preferred)
• Epic EMR proficiency mandatory with no training provided
• Competency test required on Day 1 - failure results in immediate contract termination
• Must demonstrate adaptability, efficiency, and strong critical thinking in high-volume setting
• No on-call requirement
