  • Your Role

    As a Float RN , you’ll be a vital part of our team, working across all acute care units to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Providing direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Administering medications, collecting specimens, and performing clinical treatments.
  • Documenting patient care and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and nutrition.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and support needs.
  • Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
  • Training and mentoring staff, and participating in performance evaluations.
  • Ensuring quality of services and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Leading the resolution of complex issues and complaints.
  • What We’re Looking For

    To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • Current RN license to practice in the state of KY
  • At least 2 years of critical care experience
  • ACLS & PALS certifications as per unit-specific requirements
