High Performing HVAC General Manager

Logicool Air Solutions is seeking an HVAC General Manager to lead our rapidly growing Air Conditioning and Heating company in Corpus Christi, Texas, and surrounding areas. This high-level executive role demands seasoned HVAC professionals or home service operators with proven leadership, drive, and long-term strategic vision.

Pay Range : $85,000–$100,000 base salary plus profit sharing (percentage of gross revenue), totaling $145,000–$200,000 annually. Company Equity Incentive.

Requirements :

• Extensive HVAC or home services leadership experience (10+ years preferred).
• Proven track record in operations, team management, and revenue growth.
• Strategic thinker with visionary mindset and relentless drive.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clean background and drug-free.
• Texas State License Holder preferred.
