• What You'll Do :
• Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues and resolve hardware / software problems.
• Set up and configure systems for Navy personnel.
• Collaborate with military users and IT teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Maintain logs, document fixes, and ensure system performance.
• Occasionally train users to improve their tech proficiency.
• What You Bring :
• 2-4+ years
• of desktop support experience.
• Security+ CE certification
• (required).
• Active Secret clearance
• (must be fully adjudicated).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Experience working with or supporting active duty military personnel.
• Ability to work independently in a high-tempo, mission-focused environment.
• Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) :
• Active Directory experience
• Familiarity with classified systems
• Additional IT certifications

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $31.25 / hr.
