What you’ll do:

As a Senior Visual Designer, you’ll elevate the look and feel of experiences across digital products and initiatives. You’ll bring a refined visual eye and strong design systems thinking to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact across touchpoints. Partnering with product teams, UX designers, and engineers, you’ll translate insights and concepts into visually compelling interfaces that delight users and strengthen our brand presence. This role blends hands‑on visual craft with creative problem‑solving, making you a key voice in shaping how our products are seen, felt, and remembered.

What you bring:

You have a sophisticated sense of visual design, with a portfolio that highlights excellence in UI design, typography, color, layout, motion, and interaction design. You know how to push creative boundaries while balancing usability and brand expression. You stay sharp on emerging design trends and tools—especially in adaptive, intelligent, and generative design—and you’re comfortable experimenting with them to expand creative possibilities. You see technology as an extension of your craft, helping you create more thoughtful, dynamic, and scalable visual solutions.

Expectations and tasks

• Craft polished, production‑ready visual designs, from high‑fidelity mockups to detailed UI specifications.
• Translate wireframes and concepts into visually compelling user interfaces that are both functional and expressive.
• Elevate interaction design through motion and micro‑interactions that enhance usability and bring experiences to life.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to ensure visual quality from concept through launch.
• Present design work with clarity and confidence, telling the story behind visual decisions to stakeholders.
• Incorporate user insights, brand direction, and business needs into design decisions without compromising on craft.
• Stay current with evolving tools and techniques (including AI‑driven design tools) and apply them to accelerate and enhance your creative process.

About You

• 7+ years of experience in visual, UI, or product design.
• A portfolio showcasing high‑caliber visual design across web and mobile, with clear rationale and storytelling behind your choices.
• Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy, and how to use them to create intuitive interfaces.
• Experience building and scaling design systems and maintaining visual consistency across complex products.
• Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of working in cross‑functional teams and influencing design outcomes.
• Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms; motion design tools are a plus.
• Experience designing with or exploring AI‑powered workflows is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions effectively.
• Self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and motivated to push visual craft forward.
