Job Title : Business Analyst (Debit & Credit Card platforms)

Responsibilities :
- Support end-to-end migration activities for multiple clients (typically 15 25 simultaneously) across different project stages.
- Partner with Implementation Team and Project Manager to understand client requirements, configurations, and integration points.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track configuration, setup changes, testing, and production readiness.
- Perform routine client calls providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting during migration and warranty period.
- Assist with issue tracking, risk escalation, and resolution in tools such as JIRA, MS office suite
- Maintain project artifacts - migration checklists, status trackers, test summaries, and sign-offs.
- Support UAT and production validation, ensuring a smooth client go-live.
- Serve as the point of contact for client queries regarding user interface, reports, operations, and related products.
Skills :
Minimum 3 6 years as a Business Analyst, Implementation Coordinator, or similar role in card services.Strong understanding of Debit and Credit card operations and payment processes.Knowledge of configuration, data validation, and migration activities.Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills.Ability to multitask, track deliverables, and follow up effectively.Familiarity with tools such as Clarity, JIRA, Confluence.Understanding of project management principles.Prior experience in implementing and modernizing fintech platforms is preferred.
