Key Responsibilities
Administer benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits
Ensure accuracy of benefits enrollments and monitor compliance with regulations
Assist with the open enrollment process, life status changes, and disability paperwork
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in benefits administration
Expertise in compliance with COBRA, FMLA, and disability programs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Associate Degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience / training
