Job Description

As a Security Officer - Dispatch Patrols in Raleigh, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring alarm panels, coordinating responses, and communicating with on-site personnel. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. This position requires a valid driver's license in the job state, as you may be required to operate a vehicle as part of your duties. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
