Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and grant regulations
• Supervise finance staff and foster professional growth
• Work closely with executive leadership on budgeting, audits, and financial planning
• Manage reporting and compliance for government and foundation grants
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment
• Deliver financial insights to leadership and board
• Coordinate annual audits, IRS filings, and tax compliance
