We're hiring for our Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Eau Claire, WI offices. The ideal candidate would have experience with wastewater treatment facilities, drinking water supply, and / or urban transportation design or construction.

Job Responsibilities

• Setting goals, monitoring, and implementing short and long-term vision for team as part of the annual business plan
• Managing scope, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, client communications, staffing, and budget for the entire project lifecycle, from project pursuit through project delivery
• Leading and mentoring colleagues on transportation related projects
• Developing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships
• Communicating effectively internally and externally
• Assist in determining staffing needs, recruiting and retaining staff
• Administering the JT Quality Assurance process for all projects
