Position Highlights :

• Full-scope Family Medicine for all ages
• Enjoy a flexible 4-day work week
• $250,000 base salary plus productivity incentives
• Manageable patient volume : 16–20 per day
• No hospital call or admissions
• 6 weeks of PTO plus 6 paid holidays
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
• Employer-paid comprehensive benefits package
• 5% annual retention bonus
• Up to $250,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
