Position Overview :

Up A Notch Abilities is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 4-month part-time project. You will be working with a 66-year-old male client, providing personalized support and care. This role is ideal for a compassionate and professional LVN looking to make a difference in someone's life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct nursing care and support to the client.
• Implement and manage healthcare plans tailored to meet the client's needs.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health status.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of the client's health status and treatment plans.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure the client's comfort and safety.
