Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Mailroom Inserter Machine Operator for a company based in Tampa, FL. $15.00 per hourSchedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, day shift must be flexible between the following schedules:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Mailroom Inserter Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities• Operate and program Inserter machines to produce documents from PDF and other digital files.• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of inserting and printing machines• Use mailroom equipment to fold letters, insert documents into envelopes, and prepare mailings for distribution.• Organize and manage printed materials efficiently to meet deadlines.• Ensure accuracy and quality in all printed and mailed materials.• Maintain a clean and organized work area.Mailroom Inserter Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• Computer and technical knowledge and experience required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)• Ability and experience to operatingmail Inserting machines various printing and mailroom machines.• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible day shift hours as needed.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment.Job Type
