Project Manager : Rochelle, IL

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s high-end architectural woodworking team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at coordinating complex projects, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high-quality results. You will work closely with the team to manage project schedules, materials, manpower, fabrication, communications, and project close-out.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Travel to project sites to obtain measurements, confirm details, and gather necessary information
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Provide hands-on problem solving onsite to maintain schedules and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to all relevant parties

Pay : $50,000- $90,000 / year, depending on experience

Type : Full-time, 1st Shift, On-site

Schedule : Monday – Friday 7 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m.
