Take your driving career to the next level! We are hiring Class A truck drivers and recent trainees for regional dry van routes. Enjoy steady freight, reliable miles, and weekends at home while growing your skills with our paid training program.

Pay and Mileage

Weekly earnings : $1,300–$1,400

Mileage rate : $0.80 CPM

Average weekly miles : 1,400

Extra stop pay : $20 per stop

Schedule and Freight

Regional routes with home every weekend (48-hour reset)

100% no-touch dry van freight

Late-model sleeper cabs equipped with modern safety features

Paid Training for Recent Graduates

4–6 weeks hands-on, behind-the-wheel training

$650 / week while training

One-on-one mentorship from experienced instructors

Pet and rider policies available after training

Requirements

21+ years old with valid Class A license

6+ months OTR experience or recent CDL graduate with 120+ training hours

Clean driving record : no major accidents or violations in the last 12 months

Must pass urine and hair drug screening

No active SAP cases or unresolved DOT violations
