Are you ready to make a real difference in the Operating Room? We are currently seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist I for our General Specialty evening shift. If you have a passion for patient care and thrive in high-pressure environments, we want you on our team!

Position Overview :

As a Surgical Technologist I, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care. You will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient surgical environment, utilizing aseptic techniques to prepare materials and equipment for procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures while anticipating the surgeons' needs.
• Set up the operating room for each case, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready.
• Transport patients and assist with patient positioning and safety throughout procedures.
• Assist in environmental disinfection and maintain all surgical equipment.
• Perform duties as a Second Assistant as needed.
• Identify any equipment or supply issues and report them promptly.

Qualifications :

Compensation and Benefits :

We offer a competitive pay range of $26.10 - $39.15, based on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000, plus a $2,000 bonus for PM shifts.

Schedule :

This is a full-time evening position, with 8 or 10-hour shifts and some on-call duties (mostly overnight) and weekend rotations every 8 weeks. You’ll need to arrive within 30 minutes when on call.
